Service Description
Six-week group designed specifically for women who want practical strategies, emotional support, and connection with others who truly understand ADHD. If you've ever felt overwhelmed by tasks, distracted, or misunderstood, this group offers a space to regain control and feel more ease in your daily life. Through a combination of psychoeducation, skill building, and guided discussion, you'll learn actionable tools to help you: + manage your time, tasks, stuff, and self + organize your home, workspace, and routines + improve focus and productivity while minimizing overwhelm + navigate emotions, stress, and self-criticism with compassion + strengthen relationships, set boundaries and communicate your needs effectively Each session combines learning with practical exercises you can apply immediately, plus group discussion and problem solving to share experiences, strategies and support. You'll have access to worksheets, handouts, and optional small group exercises between sessions to reinforce new habits. By the end of the program, you'll leave with tools and insights to get more done, reduce daily stress, and feel confident in your ability to manage ADHD in your life, all while building connections with women who understand exactly what you're going through.
