About You...

If you’re reading this, you may feel like you’re constantly running behind, forgetting things, getting distracted, or struggling to manage tasks that others seem to handle effortlessly. You may notice:

  • Constantly losing track of assignments, deadlines, or personal responsibilities

  • Feeling anxious, frustrated, or overwhelmed when trying to focus

  • Procrastinating or avoiding tasks that feel too big or confusing

  • Becoming stressed or self-critical because ADHD keeps getting in the way

  • Wanting to succeed but not knowing how to bridge the gap between intention and action

I want you to know — these struggles are real, and they are valid. But they don’t define you. Change is possible, and it starts with learning strategies that actually work with your brain, not against it.

If this sounds like you or your teen — struggling with focus, organization, or overwhelm — you’re not alone. Discover how our 8-week ADHD Teen Group can help or schedule a call to discuss your needs.

Here’s how we’ll work together:

  1. Assessment and Understanding

    • We start by looking at your strengths, challenges, and current strategies

    • Identify where ADHD and executive functioning gaps create the most friction in daily life

  2. Tailored Skill Development

    • I provide step-by-step systems for organizing tasks, planning, prioritizing, and managing time

    • We practice these strategies during our sessions and develop tools you can use independently

  3. Nervous System Regulation

    • Learn exercises to calm or energize your body and mind, depending on the task

    • Practice focus-building activities that increase sustained attention and reduce overwhelm

  4. Distraction Management in Real Time

    • Learn to notice distractions without judgment and re-engage quickly

    • Use group or peer observation (for teens) to learn from others’ successes and missteps

    • Build habits that make focus and self-regulation automatic over time

  5. Reflection, Adjustment, and Mastery

    • Review progress each week to identify what works and adjust what doesn’t

    • Learn how to self-correct without shame, building resilience and confidence

    • Leave the program with practical strategies that truly make a difference

By the end of our time together, my goal is for you or your teen to feel empowered, capable, and equipped with tools to manage ADHD effectively, no matter the task or challenge. Together, we turn frustration into mastery, overwhelm into strategy, and struggle into success.
